— Client Feedback

Knoot’noot, a France-based e-commerce store specialising in K-pop merchandise, selling internationally.

Project Overview: Web Design & Logo Design

The client specifically requested an affordable, user-friendly website paired with a visually appealing, brand-aligned logo.

To empower the client to confidently manage their store, I designed an intuitive, easy-to-navigate layout and provided a series of mini video tutorials. These tutorials covered each step—from uploading products to managing site content—ensuring the client could operate the site independently. Despite working remotely across countries, our communication remained seamless, resulting in a smooth, highly collaborative, and productive design process.

Key Features & Solutions

  • A key requirement for Knoot’noot was a language translation option to reach their international audience. Rather than using a costly third-party translation app, I implemented Google Translate using custom code to meet both the functionality and budget requirements.

  • The client’s vision for their logo included a combination of a cat, bubbles, and a pink-and-blue colour palette! Drawing from Korean pop culture, I created two logo concepts in a kawaii style, which the client loved and requested a merge of both concepts. The result was a charming, unique logo that has become a core part of their brand identity.

  • I linked the client’s Instagram feed, added a reviews section, search function, and contact form to enhance user interaction and accessibility. Additionally, I designed custom banners to give the homepage a dynamic, engaging look and uploaded them to Canva, sharing the project files with the client so they could easily make edits in the future if needed.
